You are correct; Cableone is on the Gmail platform. I clicked the POP settings are for all mail, and not just mail from now on. Although my old setting was already set to use pop for all mail since April, 2010 when Cableone converted to the Gmail platform, I checked it anyway and it went back and changed the date to the oldest email in the Inbox which was November, 2011.
